Job Responsibilities

• Passion for customers resulting in meeting and exceeding customer expectations and fostering a customer-focused culture
• Identifying opportunities to attract and recruit advisors, improving advisor performance, and ensuring talent and performance strategies are in place
• Driving integration with partners from Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide customers with access to solutions, strategies, and expertise
• Being a visionary who uses technology to meet customers' needs now and in the future; setting the tone for diversity and inclusion
• Managing all day-to-day administrative, supervisory, and operational aspects for the business to achieve strategic objectives
• Leading a culture of risk and control that understands and acts with urgency; ultimately responsible for safeguarding customers and the business
• Proactive; identifying solutions, having an entrepreneurial spirit, and executing with urgency

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• At least 5 years of advisor management experience with a proven track record of developing and coaching high-performing advisor teams
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent)
• A valid and active FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) and must be obtained or retained within 60 days of employment
• Proven ability to recruit, source, and attract internal and external advisor talent by building and maintaining a personal network of contacts
• High degree of investment services and product acumen and a keen interest in the financial markets
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and a strong commitment to upholding a sound risk and controls environment
