Responsibilities

• Engage in and lead community events to uplift the local community.
• Participate in local community volunteer leadership groups and Market Leadership Teams.
• Build and manage a book of business, providing personalized investment solutions and Chase partner referrals.
• Offer holistic financial coaching and educate clients on investment technologies and channels.
• Support team members and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Embrace digital innovations to enhance client confidence and banking experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and integration with key partners.
• Proven ability to provide holistic financial coaching and education on investment-related topics.
• Ability to integrate financial health education into community involvement.
• A valid and active Series 7, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFP® certification.
• Bachelor's degree.

Pay
