Responsibilities
- Engage in and lead community events to uplift the local community.
- Participate in local community volunteer leadership groups and Market Leadership Teams.
- Build and manage a book of business, providing personalized investment solutions and Chase partner referrals.
- Offer holistic financial coaching and educate clients on investment technologies and channels.
- Support team members and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Embrace digital innovations to enhance client confidence and banking experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and integration with key partners.
- Proven ability to provide holistic financial coaching and education on investment-related topics.
- Ability to integrate financial health education into community involvement.
- A valid and active Series 7, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP® certification.
- Bachelor's degree.

Pay
Base salary determined based on role, experience, skill set, and location. Commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation may also be awarded.
