Job Responsibilities

• Host and participate in Community Events
• Engage in local community volunteer leadership groups (VLGs)
• Serve as a Market Leadership Team (MLT) sponsor
• Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions
• Provide holistic financial coaching and education

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, relationship building, and integration with key partners
• Proven ability to provide holistic view of clients' needs and financial coaching beyond investments
• Ability to educate clients on investment technologies and channels
• Valid and active Series 7, Series 66 (63/65), and Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification
• Bachelor's degree
