Job Responsibilities
- Own and drive the development of trading platforms for options, fixed income, and crypto
- Support the development of our product strategy and roadmap
- Collect and analyze metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
- Lead solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
- Write product requirements and oversee successful build, test, and launch for new features
- Serve as an expert on existing features, engaging with internal stakeholders to triage client input where needed
- Analyze competitor trends and internal insights to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative solutions that enhance client satisfaction and engagement
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Familiarity with retail investing and a strong understanding of investment vehicles (e.g., Fixed Income, Options, Digital Assets)
- Technical expertise and ability to partner with engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience building trading platforms for options, fixed income, or digital assets preferred
- Technical ability with engineering background preferred
