About the role

This is a hybrid role available in Spring House, PA. We are searching for the best talent for J&J Technology Business Development PM Off Cycle Co-Op – September 2026 to March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Use technical, business, and soft skills required for technical project management
• Gain professional experience working closely with business partners in information technology and the pharmaceutical industry
• Leading and working in collaborative teams in a corporate environment
• Time and task management
• Self-confidence and awareness

Requirements

• You will receive mentoring, career development planning guidance, technical skills training, and have access to highly skilled technology leaders and subject matter experts for learning and networking opportunities.
• Required qualifications include:
• Permanent US work authorization without the need for sponsorship now, or in the future
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, cannot graduate prior to agreed end date
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during regular working business hours) for the full term
• Planned dates of September 2026 – March 2027
