About the role
The IVF RN Case Manager will assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients. They will monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education, communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation, and establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
- Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
Requirements
- RN required; BSN preferred
- Current state RN license without limitations required
- IvF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests

Pay
$65 to $68 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, rotating weekends and holidays
