Ivalua Consultant
Position Overview
The Ivalua Consultant will lead and support the configuration, customization, and deployment of Ivalua solutions across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. They will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate functional needs into scalable Ivalua solutions. The role involves participating in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Facilitation of workshops and working sessions with procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier management stakeholders is also part of the responsibilities.
The Ivalua Consultant will collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and interface design.
Requirements
- Ivalua L3 Certification (required)
- 5–8 years of experience implementing or supporting Ivalua solutions
- Demonstrated experience participating in at least one full end-to-end Ivalua implementation lifecycle
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procurement Operations, Supplier Management, P2P, or S2P
- Understanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, SOAP services, flat files, and SFTP-based integrations
