IV Tech - RN/LPN

About the role

We are hiring an IV Infusion Technician to deliver high-quality IV therapy services while supporting daily clinic operations and client experience. This role is responsible for executing IV treatments, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to leadership. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Clinic Director position.

Responsibilities

• Starts IVs and administers IM injections safely and efficiently
• Maintains strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
• Create a welcoming, professional environment for all clients
• Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits
• Communicate clearly and build trust with clients throughout their visit
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
• Track, manage, and restock inventory as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
• Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency
• Work closely with Clinic Director and Assistant Director
• Support team goals and daily operational priorities
• Aid in training and onboarding as needed
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required
• Certifications: IV Therapy Certification, CPR/BLS certification
• Experience: 1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred

Compensation & Growth

• Hourly Pay: $26–$28/hour + tips + commissions
• Performance-based pay increase after 90 days
• Clear path to Assistant Clinic Director role based on performance

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with clinic-based schedule
• 8–10 hour shifts, including some Saturdays as needed
• Clinic environment with direct client interaction
