Job Summary

We pay W2 Employee or 1099 allowed. (1099 requires Liability Insurance).

Job Requirements

• RN/LPN Active License
• Must have valid CPR BLS Card
• Must have a copy of a negative TB skin test results, chest xray or TBQ Gold Quantifer on blood test results.
• Must have Level 2 Background Clearance
• Must be able to provide proof of car insurance
• Must speak English clearly
• Must have good driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
