About the role
The Anticipated Opening for 2026-27 at Red Bank Catholic High School seeks an Italian Teacher for the upcoming academic year.
Responsibilities
- Be highly organized, flexible, and collaborative
- Possess a passion for the Italian Language and strong content knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, Italian culture and traditions
- Teach a variety of levels with effective classroom management strategies
- Innovate lesson plans and develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in the target language
- Use technology daily with understanding of Google applications
- Participate in curriculum development from primary level onwards
Requirements
- High school or middle school teaching experience
- NJ teaching certification or be in progress of certification
Qualifications
- Passion for Italian Language
- Strong content knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, Italian culture and traditions
- Ability to teach a variety of levels
- Effective classroom management strategies
- Innovative lesson plans

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - 60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
