About the role

We are a Czech e-commerce company with over 20 years of history and a passion for technology. We are looking for a reliable colleague to join our Prague team to physically work with IT hardware, check its functionality, and prepare it for customers. This is not a software testing or programming position—we need a technically skilled person for hands-on hardware work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the functionality of notebooks, PCs, phones, and tablets
• Install operating systems according to internal procedures
• Upload drivers and perform basic device configuration
• Perform simple service interventions (component replacement, cleaning, minor repairs)
• Prepare equipment for customer shipment
• Work in an internal system (device tracking)
• Collaborate and assist across technical departments

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware
• Experience with PC assembly or component replacement is an advantage
• Manual dexterity and technical thinking
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach
• Ability to work independently

This position is also suitable for graduates of technical fields or IT enthusiasts.

Pay

30,000 – 34,000 CZK per month (full-time position).
