Responsibilities
- Work with Cisco Routers and Switches
- Add configuration files to Cisco network equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and management
- Comprehend industry standard network connectivity, navigation, and software installation
- Interact with site management and leaders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be flexible with work hours and able to work early mornings
- Maintain computer hardware in working order
- Set up employee workstations
- Install and configure software
- Train colleagues in technology best practices
- Assess and mitigate security risks
- Maintain optimized local network
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs without restrictions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience as an IT Technician or IT Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of data privacy and security
Pay
Compensation depends on experience.
Schedule
Most of the time, work hours are from 6 AM to 6 PM.
