Responsibilities
- Evaluate current business processes, systems, and technology to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, scalability, and risk reduction.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements based on operational data and business needs.
- Research industry best practices and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, test, and implement new business processes and technology solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation while managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Cook up project meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process documentation, project documentation, and reporting.
- Partner with business teams to support adoption of new systems and operational changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Help improve data quality, operational effectiveness, and overall transaction execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, business operations, process improvement, systems analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Power BI.
