IT Systems Lead
About the role

As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Security & IT Operations, you will work closely with Security, Legal, People, and executive teams, serving as the day-to-day owner of IT for the SF office and the primary point of contact for employee help, including managing the IT ticket queue and the underlying systems such as Okta, MDM (Kandji/Iru), Google Workspace, and provisioning/deprovisioning automations. The role also involves administering AI‑assisted tools and fostering an AI‑forward culture, requiring hands‑on experience with the tech stack, comfort with AV and networking, familiarity with SOC 2 controls and evidence, and the ability to grow while working well with people. This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in San Francisco.
