IT Systems Integration Analyst Senior

Location: Arlington, VA – on-site; occasional travel (10%). Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI. Shift: Team C – 7 a.m.–7 p.m., 3 days on / 4 days off rotating to 4 days on / 3 days off.

About the role

Provide 24/7/365 on-site operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems and subsystems using enterprise tools to support a worldwide customer base. Identify performance issues, isolate and correct faults, and escalate within Service Level Agreements. Document all work in ticketing/tracking systems, collaborate with customers and teams to resolve incidents, and produce summary reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise computing applications and infrastructure via tools such as SCOM, Aternity, Prism, and Splunk.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tier III incidents, documenting steps taken and root causes.
• Perform account administration (creation, modification, deletion) across multiple systems.
• Apply workstation and server patches and support other Tier III initiatives.
• Generate clear, concise reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Active DoD 8140 IAT Level II cyber certification (or higher).
• Minimum 3 years of Tier III support operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with server administration, including virtualization.
• Proficiency with monitoring, ticketing, troubleshooting, and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.

Qualifications (Desired)

• Experience with Organizational Messaging Systems (OMS) and subsystems: AMHS, ECGS, ITS, MCS.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare, Remedy, and Splunk.
• Active DoD 8140 IAT Level III certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT/technical field.

Pay

Target salary range: $80,001 – $120,000, based on experience.
