About The Role As we continue to grow quickly, we're expanding our IT team and hiring an IT Systems Engineer to help own and scale IT infrastructure across the company—from endpoint management to identity systems and day-to-day operations. You'll be embedded within the Security organization, partnering with every team to build secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems in a fast-growing environment. This is a foundational role with broad ownership. You'll take the lead on critical initiatives like identity and access management, device lifecycle management, and IT onboarding/offboarding, while also handling real-time operational needs. As the company grows, your work will directly enable us to scale securely and efficiently. What You'll Do You'll be a driving force behind IT at the company—building systems, solving operational challenges, and creating the infrastructure that supports every employee.
