Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (SysPro) related issues reported by end users.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, interfaces, and extensions for existing systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Provide support and maintenance for the ERP system and related integrated applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for changes and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• Assist in managing and implementing updates and upgrades.
• Interface with different departments within the company.
• Promote, support, and adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality-related policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment (SysPro).
• Experience working with EDI systems and partners.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Pay

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00.
