Role Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our critical technology infrastructure. See full description at https://iflysun.com/employment-opportunities/ To apply, submit your resume here: https://veoci.com/v/p/form/4qzdmznmdewb ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage overall IT network and infrastructure ensuring effective and efficient IT operations in accordance with Airport and FAA policies.Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networksAdminister and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocolsManage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)Oversee system backups and disaster recovery planning and executionDevelop and enforce cybersecurity policies (e.g., Acceptable Use, Password Management, Remote Access)Implement and manage Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutionsAdminister email security systems and lead phishing awareness initiativesOversee installation and maintenance of fiber and structured cablingManage CCTV systems, including troubleshooting and upgradesMaintain public address systems and FIDS displaysSupport access control systems (badging, electronic locks, audits)Assist with badging office operations, including system support and troubleshootingProvide IT support for building automation and facility systemsServe as primary technical contact for key platforms: QuickBooks, DocuWare, Veoci, GoApron, SimpleWay, and HID SafeSupport Microsoft 365 applications and servicesManage software integrations, updates, and patchingProcure, deploy, and manage workstations and user environmentsProvide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware and software issuesMaintain inventory of IT assets and software licensesCollaborate with leadership to recommend and implement technology improvementsMaintain and update the company websiteRespond to IT and security-related emergencies, including network outages, system failures, and security incidentsProvide timely troubleshooting and resolution to minimize operational disruptionsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors during urgent incidents QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or combination of education and experience (5-7 years)High school diploma or the equivalent requiredMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a systems administration or similar roleStrong experience with Windows Server (2019/2022) and visualization and network security appliances (e.g. Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall) requiredFamiliarity with IP-based camera systems and physical security infrastructure preferredCertifications in CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+, Microsoft Certified (Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate), CCNA preferredAny equivalent combination of education, experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work specified Employer-paid premiums, excellent rates for family, Excellent retirement plan. 4-day work weeks with office hours Monday–Thursday, 8:00–6:00 p.m.
