IT-SYSTEMADMINISTRATOR (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

• Record, analyze, and resolve IT incidents and service requests
• Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with downstream teams and external service providers
• Expand and maintain the internal knowledge base, training materials, and documentation
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Take ownership of sub-projects and more complex tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Strong customer and service orientation with enthusiasm for telephone and technical customer support
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: hardware (PC, notebook, mobile devices), networking, virtualization, telephony, infrastructure, servers, or Microsoft applications (Exchange, Active Directory, Office, ELO)
• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
