IT System Administrator - Senior Specialist (Azure)
About the Division and Unit
The Information Technology (IT) Division is an internal service organization responsible for providing information technology products and services in support of the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) agency’s business priorities. Within the IT Division’s Maintenance and Operations (M&O) program, the Enterprise Services (ES) program delivers all IT services to L&I, other state agencies, and the public through partnership and commitment. The ES program safeguards the health of computing environments and manages the growth needs of the agency’s information and technology assets.
The ES program comprises three units: Network Infrastructure & Operation (NetOps), Application Infrastructure Support, and the IT Support Unit. The NetOps unit ensures the L&I network, servers, storage, backups, cloud, virtual, and physical environments are always available and run at peak efficiency.
