Actually the text: "You'll Develop and deliver software solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and internal systemsProvide technical support to colleagues, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operationsCollaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams across the businessIdentify opportunities to improve system performance, security, reliability, and development processesDocument solutions, best practices, and technical procedures to support knowledge sharingEscalate complex issues where required and work collaboratively toward resolution Deliver training and guidance to employees who need support with technology and business systems" We need to format as list items. Then "Our Core Values at Expana At Expana, we take great pride in our core values, which guide our actions and shape our culture: Brilliance: We strive for excellence in everything we do, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation to deliver outstanding results. Connected: We believe in the power of collaboration and communication. By fostering strong relationships within our teams and with our partners, we create a supportive environment that drives success. Make a Difference: We are committed to making a positive impact in our industry and community. Please note that we operate with an agile working model, allowing for remote work and occasional travel to our offices. It is important to mention that we cannot sponsor or provide any work visas to any candidate in our locations and we will be conducting Right to Work checks during our hiring practices to ensure compliance with employment laws." We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "We will not be able to sponsor any candidate for this role" is not boilerplate? It's a statement about sponsorship; maybe it's okay to keep as part of Qualifications? It's a constraint. The instruction says "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." The location and time zone info: "This role is open to candidates on EAST COAST time zone only Toms River, NJ - Full-Time". That's metadata; we could put in a short

maybe. But we need to decide whether to include location/timezone. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include a short paragraph at top with location and time zone. Not a heading. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (intro description). Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing). Requirements (maybe the "What We're Looking For" includes experience and technical experience). Qualifications (Bachelor's degree etc). Skills (maybe the technical experience list). Benefits (Why Join Expana? plus core values maybe). Pay and Schedule: not present; we should not create them. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we omit Pay and Schedule. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. The job title is "IT Support Software Engineer". Not to be used as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Location: Toms River, NJ – Full‑Time, East Coast time zone only.
