About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and leading the development of innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the development team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Lead design and development of new features and products
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and management
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
