IT Support Engineer II

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and leading the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the development team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
• Lead design and development of new features and products
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development and management
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
