About the role

Implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software. Troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems without defined SOPs. Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours. Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions. Manage local technical projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, including troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
  • 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience.
  • 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience.
  • 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
  • Fluent in Cisco/networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft.
  • Valid Driver License.
