IT Support Associate

Zumbro Valley Health Center is a non-profit organization serving the twelve-county region of Southeast Minnesota since 1966. We provide integrative and comprehensive care to children, adults, and families through services including outpatient psychotherapy, substance use treatment, inpatient residential treatment, withdrawal management, housing, skills-based training, and targeted case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide user training and education.
• Respond to maintenance needs in a help desk format, including configuring, maintaining, and installing PCs, thin clients, printers, and phones.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good working order and perform routine preventative maintenance on hardware.
• Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment.
• Work with a variety of operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 2016, and Windows 2019 Server.
• Demonstrate knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VOIP, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless connectivity.
• Collaborate with a consulting firm for phone and networking needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot issues related to computer peripherals and software.
• Apply VMware knowledge in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in MIS or a business-related field preferred.
• Progressively responsible experience in a medical or health-related field desired.
• Information systems experience preferred.
• Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.

Pay

$52,228 - $62,664 per year. Compensation is based on years of experience.
