IT Support Analyst

About the role

Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in the automotive finance industry. We are seeking an IT Support Analyst in our Norman, OK Operations Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to Floorplan Xpress users while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and training to end users to enhance their understanding and effective utilization of technology resources.
• Document records of support requests.
• Aid in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including user accounts and security measures.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest technological trends and advancements to provide proactive support and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Familiarity with MS Windows and Office Suite and other commonly used business applications.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional, are a plus.
