IT StoreFront Team Member

Job Description and Responsibilities

IT StoreFront duties include capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases, documenting findings, tracking tasks to completion, reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees, assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks, and additional administrative support duties as required.

Requirements

• NMCI Computer Deployment: New Computer distribution, Exchange with problematic computers (with an associated NMCI Help Desk ticket number), Computer turn-in location for exiting employees.
• Peripheral Distribution: Headsets, microphones, cameras, keyboards, mice.
• Handle New Employee Check In: Computer, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Microphone, Camera, Keyboard, etc., assist in ensuring new accounts are functional.
• Technology Refreshment: Assist with the technology refreshment of NMCI laptops/desktops for all NMCI users aboard PAX, assist customers with the Tech Refresh process, ensure customers understand the operation of any new equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of experience in demonstrating a knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work as a member of a team.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Substitutions allowed: Associates Degree + 2 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience.

Security Clearance

Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Salary Range: 28.85/hr
