IT Sr Programmer Analyst

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Administrate software and assist in its evaluation and support.
• Analyze business process issues and propose improvements or automation through software solutions.
• Design and code software solutions to address identified business needs.
• Support purchased applications as necessary.
• Lead and manage projects as required.

Experience And Educational Qualifications

• High School Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in an Applications Development Environment.
• Equivalent experience in Applications Development is acceptable.

Abilities Required

• Ability to arrive promptly and regularly for work.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.
• Ability to focus and perform tasks accurately.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle additional tasks as assigned.
