We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Duties, Requirements, Qualifications, Additional information, Benefits (career with US government provides benefits). Also maybe Pay? Not present. Schedule? Not present. So we include sections with actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes some like "Opens in a new windowLearn more about federal benefits." That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Review our benefits Eligibility for benefits depends..." maybe keep benefits description but remove navigation. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive parts: Summary: "This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - HC/Server LOB." Duties: bullet list? The text: "Help Serve as a Requirements Request Assessment Lead or Integrated Product Team Lead for DISA.The incumbent provides leadership ensuring requirements request projects are consistent with the DISA strategic plans and solutions architecture.Incumbent uses IT principles/methods to identify gaps and overlaps among the existing IT services and investigates opportunities to meet the requirements for unique services via combined solutions that reduce life cycle costs for DISA IT investments.Coordinates with project stakeholders and complies with policies to ensure strategic objectives, policies, and plans are met." We can turn into
  • items. Requirements: includes Conditions of employment: Must be US Citizen, Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service. This national security position ... requires favorable suitability review and security clearance. Failure to maintain may result in termination. In accordance with DoD 8140 policy series, position subject to completing Foundational Qualifications in 9 months and completing Residential Qualification requirements overall in 12 months. Qualifications: Basic Requirements list: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem Solving. Then Qualifying Experience description. Then Volunteer Experience note. Then Education: no substitution. Additional information: includes Excepted Service details, trial period, telework, may fill additional vacancies, covered under DoD Manual 8140, PPP Application Based Preference Eligibles, Veterans' Preference, etc. Also "If selected, the authorized rate of pay may exceed the stated maximum salary rate range under certain circumstances." That's pay info but not specific numbers; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It mentions pay may exceed stated maximum salary rate range but no actual numbers. According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does not state actual pay numbers or schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits: "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package. As a federal employee, you and your family will have access to a range of benefits that are designed to make your federal career very rewarding." plus link text. That's substantive enough to create Benefits section. We should keep that but remove "Opens in a new windowLearn more about federal benefits." and "Review our benefits Eligibility for benefits depends on the type of position you hold and whether your position is full-time, part-time or intermittent. Contact the hiring agency for more information on the specific benefits offered." That's generic but still about benefits. We can keep the benefits description but maybe trim boilerplate. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the benefits paragraph as is, but we can remove the link text and the generic eligibility sentence? That is still substantive? It's generic but still about benefits. Might be considered boilerplate but it's still about benefits. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits generic sentence is not exactly those categories; it's about benefits eligibility. Might be okay to keep. However "Opens in a new windowLearn more about federal benefits." is clearly a link/button text; we should remove. Thus Benefits section:

A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package. As a federal employee, you and your family will have access to a range of benefits that are designed to make your federal career very rewarding. Review our benefits Eligibility for benefits depends on the type of position you hold and whether your position is full-time, part-time or intermittent. Contact the hiring agency for more information on the specific benefits offered.

But we might want to keep the sentence about eligibility as is. Now Additional information: includes many details: Excepted Service, trial period, telework, may fill additional vacancies, covered under DoD Manual 8140, PPP Application Based Preference Eligibles, Veterans' Preference, etc. Also "If selected, the authorized rate of pay may exceed the stated maximum salary rate range under certain circumstances." That's pay info but not specific; we might keep it in Additional information as a note. We need to decide sections: Summary (maybe as About the role?), Duties, Requirements, Qualifications, Additional information, Benefits. We should not create a section for "Summary" if not listed as allowed heading? Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map Summary to About the role. Duties to Responsibilities. Requirements maybe to Requirements (already). Qualifications to Qualifications. Additional information maybe to About the role? But we already used About the role for summary. Could combine summary and additional info under About the role? But rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could merge summary and additional info into About the role. However we need to preserve all info; we can put both in About the role section as paragraphs. Responsibilities: duties. Requirements: conditions of employment etc. Qualifications: basic requirements and qualifying experience etc. Benefits: as above. We should not create Skills section unless present; not. Now produce HTML:
