Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience managing projects for enterprise-level IT systems, including defining project scope, establishing milestones, and managing cost, schedule and performance to deliver capabilities.
• Expertise overseeing the procurement and management of IT hardware, software, and contractor services in accordance with acquisition and property management guidelines.
• Proficiency in identifying technical risks and implementing mitigation strategies using the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Experience ensuring IT project alignment with strategic goals and technical interoperability.
• Experience leading high-level briefings for senior leadership (i.e. Flag Officers/Senior Executive Service personnel) to report on project status, resolve complex technical roadblocks, and negotiate resource allocations across different organizational components.

• This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code (IT Project Manager), proficiency level (Advanced). The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.

Pay & schedule

• Salary: $111,119 – $144,457 per year. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.
