Responsibilities
- Execute deliverables under the guidance and mentorship of leadership.
- Build and maintain knowledge across multiple digital products, with an emphasis on continuous learning and skill development.
- Engage in client-facing interactions as needed to support event execution and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage local labor in certain event scenarios.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results by following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), while recommending minor process improvements.
- Focus primarily on tactical execution of event technology, with limited involvement in strategic planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
- Working knowledge of digital event technology platforms and tools (virtual, hybrid, or in-person event systems).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with varying levels of complexity.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
- Effective communication skills, including some client-facing experience.
- Willingness to learn and expand expertise across multiple digital solutions.
- Ability to operate both independently and under leadership guidance.
- Travel more than 75%.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting live, virtual, or hybrid events.
- Familiarity with SOP-driven environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule
This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.
Location: The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: Dallas, TX; Las Vegas, NV; Orlando, FL.
