Duties And Responsibilities
- Technical support for customized production related applications.
- Primary contact for hardware and software related questions.
- Support scanning and printing activities for all Team Members.
- Aid with the implementation of systems upgrades and security integrity.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / WAN and Wireless Infrastructure.
- Proactively monitor systems to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
- Write process and workflow documentation.
- Coordinate hardware, operating system, and software setups.
- Train end users on hardware and software applications.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training or certification.
- Technical certifications, college or equivalent work experience in hardware, programming, application support, and operations is desired.
- 3+ years of experience in related field.
- Help desk experience a plus.
- Hand Held bar code scanning and printing experience a plus.
