Duties And Responsibilities

• Technical support for customized production related applications.
• Primary contact for hardware and software related questions.
• Support scanning and printing activities for all Team Members.
• Aid with the implementation of systems upgrades and security integrity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / WAN and Wireless Infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor systems to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
• Write process and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate hardware, operating system, and software setups.
• Train end users on hardware and software applications.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training or certification.
• Technical certifications, college or equivalent work experience in hardware, programming, application support, and operations is desired.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Help desk experience a plus.
• Hand Held bar code scanning and printing experience a plus.
