About the role

Serve as the lead technical expert across project teams, set technical direction for technical solutions, oversee all IT systems, and drive the execution of multiple work streams. Lead teams in developing requirements for process or system solutions, and review, evaluate, and prioritize value gaps and opportunities for process enhancements or efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum ten (10) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience leading a team of IT consultants
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable business requirements
