IT Sourcing Manager - Software

Contribute to the development and execution of annual and long-term sourcing strategies and pipeline plans for the software category.

Responsibilities

• Achieve cost savings targets through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Lead RF(x) processes and commercial contract negotiations with software suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, finance, and cyber security.
• Mitigate supplier risks through effective contracting, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Communicate project status, process compliance, and business procedures to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Serve as a business partner to key IT stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes, ensure compliance, and track KPIs.
• Lead multiple sourcing projects and related activities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Understand global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations related to software procurement and associated services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience leading technology sourcing activities for global software (On-Prem, SaaS, Cloud).
• Experience negotiating and redlining software contracts.
• Ability to leverage internal and external data sources to create software category plans.
• Skilled negotiator capable of planning and executing sourcing strategies to support stakeholder business needs.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
