IT Solutions Architect

Position Overview

Lead architecture and technical strategy initiatives across infrastructure and operations teams
Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynatrace and enterprise observability initiatives
Design, implement, and optimize monitoring and observability solutions across enterprise environments
Develop architecture standards, governance, and best practices for monitoring platforms
Partner with infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and engineering teams to improve visibility and operational performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience
• 2+ years of architecture-level or technical leadership experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and observability platforms
• Deep understanding of enterprise monitoring, alerting, and performance management concepts
• Experience supporting large enterprise infrastructure environments
