• Contribute to digital transformation by building scalable, maintainable solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather intricate business requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
• Leverage expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs to develop and maintain high-quality solutions that align with business requirements and architectural best practices.
• Perform application design, configuration, testing, and implementation for medium to high complexity projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development or configuration builds.
• Lead product release management functions, including test plan development and user acceptance testing.
• Manage the product lifecycle of assigned modules, including administrative tasks and enhancement requests.
• Contribute to application standards, policies, procedures, and conduct peer reviews of configuration work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience in a Healthcare environment.
• 2-4 years’ experience working in IT as an Application Systems Analyst or Technical analyst type role.
