Responsibilities

• IT support for our clients – on-site, via remote maintenance and by telephone (NO call center!)
• Planning, installation and administration of Windows environments
• Monitoring of client systems and proactive troubleshooting
• Planning, installation and administration of networks
• Maintenance of our clients' server and client systems

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in the administration of Windows Server 2016 / 2019
• Advanced knowledge in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
• Basic knowledge in Linux administration
• Knowledge in network technology
• Knowledge in the administration of Hyper-V environments
• Knowledge in the implementation of IT projects
• The ability for structured, goal-oriented and sustainable problem solving
• Flexibility, team spirit, commitment and positive curiosity
