About the role
Provide comprehensive IT support to clients, handle escalations, and ensure high system availability.
Responsibilities
- Handle client requests via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Document all interactions and resolutions for future reference
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and common IT tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
