About the role

Provide comprehensive IT support to clients, handle escalations, and ensure high system availability.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff
  • Document all interactions and resolutions for future reference

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and common IT tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
