About the role
To make it easier for young people in Moray to find opportunities, we have listed a variety of jobs that are currently available. To support our work, we are recruiting to the following role: IT Service Desk Analyst, Gordon & MacPhail- Elgin.
Responsibilities
- Exposure to a broad range of technology
- Ensure business continuity and support future success
- Comfortable using everyday technology and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Have exposure to business software such as Outlook, Microsoft 365 applications
- Hold an IT related qualification or working towards one
- Communicate well and be a team player, with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Show excellent customer service skills with a helpful, patient manner
- Understand common IT issues and have a logical approach to problem solving
- Be aware of the importance of IT Security and data protection
