What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure continuity of computer system services for our customers by providing the technical expertise and assistance necessary to resolve all aspects of user end point issues.

Support will be provided by clearly communicating solutions in a competent, confident, user-friendly, professional manner.

City Of Celina Employee Benefits

  • Four day work week for most positions!
  • Vacation 80 hours per year up to the completion of 5 years of service
  • 120 hours per year up to the completion of 10 years of service
  • 160 hours per year from 11 years of service forward
  • Holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus, floating holidays, plus, birthday holiday
  • Sick Leave: Accrues at the rate of one day per continuous month of service for full-time employees for a total of twelve (12) days per year. Can be taken after six months of employment.
  • Retirement: Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS), 7% employee contribution; 2 to 1 City match, 5-year vesting, 20-year retirement
  • ICMA RC – 457 deferred compensation plan: Group Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance and Long Term Disability – 100% city paid, Optional plans offered including Short-Term Disability, Additional Life Insurance, Dependent coverage available
