IT Senior Project Manager

About the Opportunity:The IT SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER leads multiple complex projects that impact core business processes and cross-divisional areas. This role is responsible for managing projects to meet customer requirements, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, and maintaining project oversight from scope definition through deployment. The position contributes to the organization's success by overseeing project execution, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities:Communicate appropriately at all organizational levels and escalate issues as neededExecute project management using combined agile and waterfall methodologiesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables with focus on outcomesDevelop detailed project plans and schedulesAssemble and lead project teamsManage project budgets and resource allocationIdentify and address project risks and issuesTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsManage project documentation and SharePoint sitesFacilitate stand-ups and sprint planning sessionsMonitor and report project progress to stakeholdersPresent reports on progress, problems, and solutionsImplement project changes to achieve objectivesEvaluate project resultsLead project deployment plansProvide guidance to other project managers and coordinatorsPerform additional support functions as required Supervisory Responsibilities:Mentor, train, and supervise team membersEnsure compliance with security policies and appropriate IT system access Requirements:Seven years of IT project management experience managing multiple projectsKnowledge of IT project management theory and practiceProficiency with project management tools such as ADO and PlanviewExperience in people management, risk management, change management, and project governanceProficiency in MS ProjectPMP or PMP-ACP certificationScrum or SAFe certification Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
