IT Senior Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions)

About the Role
The Senior Manager of IT Mergers & Acquisitions will lead cross-functional teams through process-centered discussions to generate integrated technology solutions across various areas of Integra. They will shape and design an IT M&A playbook to integrate new companies over a desired time horizon, ensuring alignment across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures focused on IT due diligence
- Orchestrates the transition from due diligence to post-merger integration, ensuring unified IT infrastructure, networks, emails, applications, and data without disrupting validated environments or clinical operations
- Integration Planning & TSA Management: Develop "Day 1" readiness plan and long-term "End State" roadmap, create detailed workplans for Active Directory migrations, ERP consolidations (e.g., Oracle), and cloud integrations, define and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) to ensure business continuity
- Ensure all IT integration activities comply with GxP, HIPAA/GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11, oversee the re-validation of systems in the newly merged environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, or Biotech industries
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in, or supporting digital strategy and transformation
- Familiarity integrating Quality Management Systems (QMS), Product Lifecycle Management Systems (PLM), and Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

Additional Details
This is a hybrid role, with in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Salary range: $125,350.00 - $172,500.00 USD.
