IT-Security Consultant (m/w/d)

About the role

ADLON is seeking candidates to join our team in shaping the digital workplace. We are looking for professionals who can contribute to our Microsoft 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) environments, supporting our continued growth and commitment to innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions
• Configure and maintain Microsoft EMS features to ensure security and compliance
• Develop and maintain installation guides and documentation for internal and external use
• Support the digital workplace strategy and deployment initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 and EMS environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital tools and workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and deployment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft EMS features, including Azure AD, Intune, and information protection
• Ability to create clear, user-friendly installation guides and technical documentation
• Experience in digital workplace transformation projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in German and English

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or EMS (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices

Skills

• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Expertise in EMS components such as Conditional Access, Compliance Manager, and Cloud App Security
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Graph API)
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive approach to security and data protection
