IT Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Create test frameworks and scripts for web, API, and backend systems.
• Create and execute automated and manual tests.
• Audit and review test results for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to project plans and timelines.
• Analyze and identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor and train team members.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in software testing, including test automation and validation, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong programming or scripting skills in one or more languages.
• Advanced knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and software validation processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test case management, pipelines, and automation workflows.
• Proficiency with quality metrics, reporting, and test management tools.
• Ability to analyze complex user and software requirements for testability and automation opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently within a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP test automation or SAP system validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and test processes.
• Familiarity with modern test automation frameworks.
