IT Project/Program Manager
Job Description
Create Process Flow documents for measurables and tracking project.
Compile project data and reports on status of key projects to management.
Consult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs, including emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementation.
Serve as liaison between network engineers, development team, and customer management.
Provide advanced support for the diagnosis and resolution of complex problems to ensure minimal disruption of mission-critical systems and applications.
Coordinate migration issues/concerns with Service Desk and other groups impacted by both machine upgrades and user migrations.
Oversight and technical project management of workstreams focusing on Unified Endpoint Management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory).
Provide analysis and recognize areas of potential risk, schedule slippage.
Work with several cross-functional teams and organizations.
Create content, PowerPoint, or executive/presentation materials without extensive rework by others.
Track actions, record detailed meeting minutes, assign, and follow up with responsible parties and stakeholders on action plans.
Requirements
A minimum of 8-12 years' relevant experience plus a degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required.
Four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required.
Additional Provisions
- Pass a client-mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check, and credit check.
- The agency is responsible for providing drug screening once the candidate's resume is approved and interview passed.
- Failure to submit drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.
- If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
- All candidates must be a US Citizen or permanent status Green Card holder.
- Candidates cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military service excluded (exception does not include military family members).
- All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative.
- The agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous written authorization. Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at straight time.
