• Experience in a dedicated IT Project Manager role.
• Expertise in project scaling methodologies.
• Experience with project management delivery concepts and application.
• Experience with risk mitigation techniques and managing quality control.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing at scale and leading teams to realize results in a scaling environment.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence.
• Advanced knowledge of software development practices and the overall software development lifecycle.
• Experience leading teams through organizational change management.
• Expertise in procuring meaningful metrics and interpreting them for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills at both team and organizational levels.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in Dallas, TX is $86,129 to $127,189. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
