IT Project Manager (Onsite)

About the role

The IT Project Manager oversees and coordinates the organization’s technology initiatives, vendor relationships, and project workflows while working onsite with internal teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate technology initiatives and vendor relationships
• Manage project workflows and deliver projects on time
• Ensure technology is aligned with regulatory frameworks like FFIEC and GLBA
• Act as the primary liaison between the business and the managed service provider
• Translate business needs into well-defined technical and operational plans in a regulated environment

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing vendor relationships
• Understanding of FFIEC and GLBA regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in a regulated industry environment

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Experience with regulatory compliance processes

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
