IT Project Manager I

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of technology projects focused on outage management and data integration
• Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans and testing schedules
• Cook up integration efforts with data engineers and cybersecurity teams
• Develop detailed project schedules and maintain project documentation
• Conduct training and support documentation for end-users of new tools and workflows
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service requirements
• Oversee readiness assessments and facilitate design reviews with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing technical projects in utilities, energy, and operational technology environments
• Familiarity with project management practices such as scheduling, scope management, and risk tracking
• Ability to coordinate tasks with multiple client stakeholders, engineers, and vendors
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with Agile and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project
