About the role
Manage and lead routine application, technology, and IT infrastructure projects within established project management standards and governance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Plans and coordinates assigned projects, including schedule development, task tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation of project parameters, procedures, decisions, and action items.
- Manages routine project budgets, estimates, purchase requests, and related project financial information to support financial accountability and cost awareness.
- Leads communication and collaboration among project team members, business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to maintain project alignment and visibility.
- Leads project requirements collection, documentation, and traceability to ensure deliverables remain aligned with approved business and technical requirements.
- Identifies, manages, and escalates project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope concerns to appropriate stakeholders or PMO leadership when additional guidance or approval is required.
- Coordinates project resources and follow-up activities to drive completion of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensures adherence to organizational project management standards, governance expectations, documentation practices, and change management processes.
- Prepares and delivers routine project status updates, meeting notes, and project documentation for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Leads project closeout activities, including documentation updates, lessons learned, and transition of completed deliverables to operations or support teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced or Master’s degree in related field preferred.
- 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, business analysis, information technology, business operations, or a related field. Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience supporting technology projects is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Project management training or certification in Agile fundamentals, Scrum fundamentals, or equivalent education is preferred.
- Technical coursework or experience with business applications, reporting tools, or IT systems is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document project information clearly and accurately.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks while also collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management practices, technology systems, business applications, and troubleshooting concepts.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation.
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize work, follow established processes, manage multiple assignments, and escalate concerns appropriately.
Work Environment
- Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
- Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites.
- Majority of work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
