About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the management, documentation, and delivery of a high-priority brand acquisition into a key business unit. In this global role, you will drive the project plan—including timeline, scope, and budget—to fully integrate a newly acquired brand across all channels. You will sit at the strategic intersection of business and technology, bridging diverse global teams across various business and technical functions to shape the future of operations through seamless system integration and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scope tracking, budget oversight, and systems implementation from initiation through final execution.
  • Build, update, and manage comprehensive project timelines directly within industry-standard project management tools, and handle demand/ticket creation.
  • Lead global cross-functional initiatives, partnering seamlessly across multi-disciplinary teams within various business and technical functions across global markets.
  • Guide cross-functional business and technical leads through formal governance processes, ensuring alignment at global, zone, and local leadership checkpoints.
  • Collaborate with team leadership to summarize technical and business workstreams into executive-level presentations and clear status reports.
  • Proactively identify project risks, solve complex integration blockers, and maintain meticulous project documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience, specifically leading complex, multi-system implementation projects and/or brand integrations.
  • High proficiency in industry-standard project management and service management platforms for timeline building, tracking, and demand/ticket management.
  • Deep understanding of how to prioritize both online (eCommerce, consumer data) and retail/omnichannel workstreams.
  • Advanced skills in widely used office productivity suites for executive presentation deck creation and data tracking.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with acute attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
