Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs that enhance communication and leadership skills.
• Assist members in overcoming public speaking fears and building confidence.
• Facilitate club meetings and events to support member growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with Toastmasters’ strategic goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in public speaking, facilitation, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
